Atlanta Falcons
- Taylor Heinicke hits Drake London for a first down over the middle. He’s been sharp.
- Cameron Wolfe: “Biggest player takeaway after watching 2 days of Falcons training camp: Bijan Robinson is going to have an incredible year.”
- Best day (Saturday) by far for Desmond Ridder, who was sharp throughout practice outside of the opening rep of 1-on-1s where he underthrew Drake London.
Arizona Cardinals
- Colt McCoy had a multi-interception performance on Saturday.
- Kyler Murray currently raving about Michael Wilson: “I was always fond of him before we even drafted him.”
- Looking more and more like the Cardinals are gonna roll with Keaontay Ingram behind James Conner.
- Rondale Moore’s route tree under Drew Petzing looks like a huge upgrade for his skill set.
Baltimore Ravens
- On Ravens offensive tempo: “Through three days of practice, it’s been clear that Monken is accelerating the pace. Baltimore has been getting to the huddle quicker, and in most cases, snapping the ball much earlier on the play clock.”
- Todd Monken is expected to increase the tempo in this offense. The Ravens previously averaged 28.3 seconds per a snap over the last four years.. Monken averaged 26.3 – sixth fastest.
- Zay Flowers did not participate in practice on Saturday. He’s been dealing with an illness.
- Odell Beckham Jr. looks pretty smooth and had a ~20-yard TD on a crossing route. Saturday was by far his best day so far.
- Isaiah Likely is having another good practice.
- Likely has probably caught more footballs through the first week of training camp than anyone other than Andrews.
- Lamar Jackson on JK Dobbins: “He means a lot to our offense, man. He’s one of the guys that sparks the offense and gets us going. When we’re having a slow start sometimes, he gets the ball and makes magic happen. So I can’t wait for him to get back our on the field with us.”
Buffalo Bills
- McDermott on Kincaid: “He’s off to a good start. Productive in red zone but still a rookie learning nuances of playbook and getting set with Josh. All those things take time. And there’s the blocking part when the pads go on tomorrow.”
- Josh Allen found James Cook on a well-executed screen pass.
- “[James] Cook has been a mainstay on the Bills’ first-team offense through the first four days of practice at St. John Fisher University. He’s flashed on a number of big plays and added another one to the highlight reel on Sunday…Cook’s virtually unguardable in one-on-ones against linebackers and safeties. He has been a consistent presence in the pass game throughout camp, fulfilling the role general manager Brandon Beane foreshadowed when he spoke about selecting Cook in the draft last year.”
- Dawson Knox and Dalton Kinkaid have lined up in the backfield as the RB, in the backfield as an H/offset fullback, as the #3, plus in shifts and motions to and from condensed/spread looks
- Dalton Kincaid’s athleticism & fluidity is on display with every rep

- Bryce Young was 10-15 passing during team drills with an interception on Saturday.
Chicago Bears

- Justin Fields with a STRIKE to DJ Moore for a touchdown. Just an absolute laser from Fields to Moore in the front right corner of the end zone.
- Darnell Mooney has been practicing at full speed, just with limited reps, Matt Eberflus said.
- Roschon Johnson looking the best in pass pro reps right now.
Cincinnati Bengals
- The offensive star was Tee Higgins with numerous catches on Saturday.
Cleveland Browns
- “On the first day Amari Cooper sat out, receiver David Bell was first up with the No. 1 offense. But for most of the rest of the week, rookie Cedric Tillman and second-year player Daylen Baldwin seemed to log the most reps.”
Dallas Cowboys
- OC Schottenheimer on Deuce Vaughn: “He’s truly hard for the defense to see when he’s back there behind the offensive line. You see the defensive linemen there engage like, ‘I can’t see him! Where did he go?’ and then when you get him out in space, he’s a matchup problem”
- Luke Schoonmaker hasn’t practiced yet due to his foot injury. Schoonmaker isn’t sure when he’ll be able to be a full participant in practice but he’s hoping in the next couple weeks.
- Jalen Tolbert had a strong week in camp.
Denver Broncos
- In 7 on 7 Wilson connected on wheel right to Perine. These drills were not run last year. It feels important for timing for QB and WRs.

Detroit Lions
Green Bay Packers
- Love on fire to start. 3/3 now after hitting a deep crosser to Jayden Reed for about a 20 yard pickup; it was Love’s best completion of camp.
- Love hits a deep out route to Toure. Toure has been really good through the start of camp.
- Love was 16-for-22 on the day on Saturday. Best thing about Jordan Love’s practices so far – he’s gotten better every day.
- Musgrave took every TE snap in the 2 minute drill.
Houston Texans
- “It’s Dameon Pierce and his fellow running backs who will be the focal point of new coordinator Bobby Slowik’s offense.”
- Dameon Pierce is out here running people over without even trying.
- C.J. Stroud connects with Tank Dell on pinpoint sideline throw.
- Xavier Hutchinson has been good today (Sunday).
- C.J. Stroud’s release is exceptional and he’s leading his receivers well.
- Stroud connects with Metchie after a route that had the crowd going nuts.
- DeMeco Ryans called Tank Dell “very quarterback friendly” and said he works very hard even when the ball isn’t headed to him.
- John Metchie’s route running looks sharp.
- Stroud said he and Tank Dell have been building a “chemistry” and “timing” from shortly after the Draft through now.
- Tank Dell is a name that keeps coming up. There’s a lot that they like so far in the rookie WR.
- John Metchie is rusty from a football standpoint, but the ability to be a real playmaker is there. Everyday of camp is important in getting him back after roughly 18 months of not playing.
Indianapolis Colts
- Anthony Richardson is taking first-team snaps for the second straight practice. Although him and Minshew split reps again on Saturday.
- Minshew was 13-17 and Richardson was 9-15.

- “Alec Pierce made two nice catches on plays over the middle, including a nice adjustment to grab and run with a ball that Minshew left behind him.”
Jacksonville Jaguars
- Doug Pederson says that he is eager to see Travis Etienne when the pads come onTuesday. Said that part of what they’re working with him is more under-center carries. He’s already had plenty of work in shotgun.
- Pederson: “I would say Calvin Ridley, on offense. Just the way he practices, it is a different speed, different level … he is one who has stood out there.” He looks like a different talent.
- Calvin Ridley and Christian Kirk w/ back to back 50-yard TD catches in downfield drills from Trevor Lawrence.
Kansas City Chiefs
- “Rice, who has impressed so far during training camp, demonstrated his skills as a ball-carrier from behind the line of scrimmage during Saturday’s practice. Early in an 11-on-11 period, Rice went in motion and took a quick handoff around the edge for a sizable gain downfield.”
- Moore, Watson and MVS taking the most first team reps at WR so far.
- A lot of second team reps for Rashee Rice this morning (Sunday).
- Deneric Prince with a sensational diving grab on a pass from Gabbert for touchdown. We might have something folks.
- Prince should be a lock to make this roster. He’ll be the kick returner and hasn’t dropped a pass.
- Richie James with a TD in the corner of the end zone during 11-on-11. James has had a solid day.
- Mahomes with a sidearm touchdown pass to Richie James over the middle during 7-on-7 on Sunday.Seems to be building a solid connection.
- Really nice back-shoulder completion from 15 to Justyn Ross
- Andy Reid explained Jody Fortson’s shoulder popped out and got placed back in. Chiefs will let it calm down.
- Justin Watson on Skyy Moore: “Skyy has taken a huge step…He had an unbelievable spring.”
Los Angeles Chargers
- “Mike Williams is moving around a lot more, including playing in the slot and other inside alignments.”

Los Angeles Rams
- In individuals, Ben Skowronek just caught a ball one-handed and halfway around his back as he adjusted to the throw.
- Stetson Bennett connects with Puka Nacua for what’s roughly a 30-yard touchdown. Ball dropped right into Puka’s hands for the over-the-shoulder catch. Great pass, great hands.

- Braxton Berrios is the leader in the clubhouse for the WR3 spot
- Omar Kelly (Dolphins Beatwriter) on Tyreek Hill: “Excuse it however you’d like, but Hill’s first week made him look like he’d lost his super powers. Hill, a seven-time Pro Bowler, blended in, and that’s not how a player on a Hall of Fame trajectory is supposed to practice. You can tell he’s either slowed by a nagging injury, or his focus is off because he’s had too many drops.”
New England Patriots
- The Patriots offense is a much cleaner operation
- “If the Patriots’ first 3 practices of training camp are any indication, Hunter Henry could be in for a big year. With every play run exclusively in the red zone, Henry has been Mac Jones’ go-to target with a team-high seven catches, which included a highlight-reel grab Friday.”
- Demario Douglas could find a path to meaningful snaps.
- Demario Douglas makes a nice catch, reaching back for a slightly off-target throw from Bailey Zappe for a touchdown. Douglas paced all pass catches with 5 targets while catching 4 of them.
- Mac Jones had an excellent sequence during 11s. While he didn’t go deep down the field much, he was precise with his timing and had good vision.

New Orleans Saints
- 11-on-11 first set: Kamara run, Carr completion to Shaheed with pressure by Cam, Eno Benjamin run with a nice stiff arm play, Shaheed jet sweep – Saint getting creative with the play calling.
- Rookie QB Jake Haener: “The Saints are legitimately excited about Haener’s developmental potential, and it’s not hard to see why. Whatever Haener may lack in physical gifts, he has no shortage of belief in himself. In limited snaps, he completed five of his six pass attempts during team drills, including a perfect throw in rhythm over the middle of the field to rookie A.T. Perry. He is not the guy who is just looking for the easy dump off completion. Haener has shown a willingness to let it rip”
New York Giants
- The Giants are activating WRs Sterling Shepard from PUP and Jamison Crowder from NFI.
- Jalin Hyatt with a long TD grab that was beautiful every step of the way: Route sprung him open on a deep over, Tyrod threw a perfect ball and no one was catching Hyatt.

- Daniel Jones was 11/12 today with Darren Waller and Darius Slayton both had four catches.

- “D’Andre Swift has been lining up all over the field and has been used primarily in the passing game to this point in camp.”
Pittsburgh Steelers
- Diontae Johnson returns to practice on Saturday.
- “On the other spectrum, been a quiet and tough three days for Darnell Washington. Trouble finishing in combat situations, a false start, and his impact has been pretty minimal. We’ll see how the run blocking looks when the pads come on.”
- Kenny Pickett hooked up with George Pickens on a 40+ yard completion on Sunday. The Steelers have been trying to force more deep throws so far in Camp than in years past.
- Calvin Austin also had a nice practice on Sunday, showcasing his speed with a big catch and run
San Francisco 49ers
- RBs have been notably successful catching the ball out of the backfield early in camp. CMC is a given, but Jordan Mason, Ty Davis-Price and Elijah Mitchell all have chunk catches to their name. All significant because the 49ers can’t afford a big reduction in receiving threat whenever McCaffrey comes off the field. RB adaptability is a mandatory part of the system now.
- Tyrion Davis-Price getting some first-team reps in walkthroughs.
- Brandon Aiyuk continues dominating at 49ers camp. He just caught 3 touchdown passes in one red-zone session alone. Aiyuk has been a standout in 49ers Camp.

- Kyle Shanahan on Brock Purdy: “I think he’s done great. He has come back. He’s had no arm troubles. He’s been totally healthy. I think he’s getting all his timing back, his rhythm. I was really impressed with him in his two practices. Brock’s just so detailed and committed in everything he does, so he didn’t miss one day. Every rep that he takes to get better in his health, he is just deliberate in everything he does…”
Seattle Seahawks
- Kenny McIntosh has looked very quick in camp practices. He’s shown burst and soft hands. He’ll now have plenty of opportunity to showcase his skills with Walker and Charbonnet on the mend.
- Noah Fant has passed his physical and is off the PUP list
- Ken Walker (groin) and Zach Charbonnet (shoulder) have been out of practice and will be held out for the foreseeable future.
- Geno Smith had an up and down day. He threw several touchdowns, but also a couple INTs. JSN, Tyler Lockett, and DK Metcalf all caught Touchdowns from Smith

- Russell Gage got in some work in practice for the first time in this camp today. Not doing team drills yet but that’s a good step forward for the Bucs’ presumptive third receiver.
- More than 30 minutes after practice ends, Chris Godwin’s still out here on the jugs machine.
- CB Carlton Davis on QB Kyle Trask: “I have really seen an edge on him, especially the last two days. He has been laser-focused, you can tell by how he has been operating the offense and his decision making.”
- Kyle Trask’s mental game has improved significantly since minicamp. He’s now processing information faster and making quicker decisions, making the quarterback competition much tighter. He had some impressive moments on Sunday, throwing touchdowns to Otton and Wells.
Tennessee Titans
- Undrafted rookie TreShaun Harrison has had a couple of nice catches today. Also ran a very sharp route in 1 on 1s.
Washington Commanders
- Bieniemy’s emphasizing to RBs that they finish on every run. So,Robinson and Gibson have been running an extra 30-40 yards after each play is blown dead.
- Howell looked good in 7-on-7. Catches from Thomas, Dotson, Robinson and Gibson.
- Once again, Brian Robinson is catching a lot of passes.
