My name is Milo Powell and I am from Atlanta. I grew up playing and watching football and I am very passionate about the game, and my Falcons. I am going to do my best to provide in depth analysis of players, schemes, and matchups on a weekly basis, as well as covering prospects and offseason news. I could not be more excited to share what I learn about the game I love.

1: Cam Ward, QB – Miami

Week 11:25 COMP39 ATT3 TD0 INT164.4 RAT
Season:241 COMP486 ATT32 TD6 INT174.0 RAT

Best Fits: Titans, Browns, Raiders, Giants

By the Beat:We’ve seen some electric stuff from Ward this season, no question. He’s made terrific throws between the numbers, over the top, in the RPO game and just about every other way this year. His footwork has improved, his anticipation is terrific and his feel for the game is the highest it’s ever been. However, as we saw on Saturday, he’s still way too loose. And if you’re looking for a QB in the top 10, that’s the type of thing that can be a deal-breaker.” – Nick Baumgardner of The Athletic

2: Ashton Jeanty, RB – Boise State

Week 11:34 ATT209 YDS6.1 YPC3 TD2 REC12 YDS0 TD
Season:224 ATT1,734 YDS7.7 YPC23 TD16 REC93 YDS1 TD

Best Fits: Cowboys, Bengals, Chargers, Broncos

By the Beat: “Jeanty had three touchdowns of 4, 2 and 1 yards, but he also had some of the longer runs that teams had been able to prevent him from getting by trying to stack the box in recent weeks. He had six runs of more than 10 yards, with a long of 46 yards. But he remained a consistent pretense throughout the night, carrying the ball 34 times. His 209 yards outpaced the rest of the offense, which combined for 184 total yards. “Ashton Jeanty is a warrior,” said Danielson. “He’s banged up, he takes shot after shot after shot after shot and just keeps swinging. He stays in there and finds a way to wear down defenses. Even to start the last drive of the game (that allowed Boise State to kneel out the clock), first play we give up on a TFL, which is the only thing you don’t want to have happen in that drive. The next run, he pops for a first down.” – John Wustrow of Blue Turf Sports

3: Dylan Sampson, RB – Tennessee

Week 11:30 ATT149 YDS5.0 YPC1 TD1 REC-3 YDS0 TD
Season:201 ATT1,129 YDS5.6 YPC20 TD12 REC94 YDS0 TD

Best Fits: Cowboys, Chargers, Vikings, Texans

By the Beat: “Sampson already has broken the UT single-season record for rushing TDs. He entered the Mississippi State game with 19. Alabama’s Derrick Henry holds the SEC record with 28 rushing TDs during his 2015 Heisman Trophy season. And only nine players in SEC history have scored at least 20 rushing TDs in a season.” – Adam Sparks of Knoxville News Sentinel

4: Xavier Restrepo, WR – Miami

Week 11:4 REC78 YDS19.5 YPC1 TD0 ATT0 YDS0 TD
Season:55 REC934 YDS17.0 YPC10 TD0 ATT0 YDS0 TD

Best Fits: Saints, Broncos, Commanders, Patriots

By the Beat: “Down 12, the Hurricanes needed a score to have a chance at completing another comeback. On first down, Ward found a wide open Xavier Restrepo for a 38 yard score, bringing the deficit to five. At the beginning of the game, Ward hit Restrepo for a 21-yard gain. That catch broke Mike Harley’s record for most receptions ever by a Miami player, with 183. Restrepo finished the day with four catches for 78 yards and one touchdown.” – Jayden Gonzalez of The Miami Hurricane

5: Jaylin Noel WR – Iowa State

Week 11:8 REC167 YDS20.9 YPC2 TD1 ATT-1 YDS0 TD
Season:50 REC892 YDS17.8 YPC5 TD5 ATT15 YDS0 TD

Best Fits: Patriots, Panthers, Browns, Titans

By the Beat: “Despite suffering its first of many penalties on the day, quarterback Rocco Becht helped lead the Iowa State offense down the field to take an early 7-0 lead thanks to a 27-yard touchdown by senior wide receiver Jaylin Noel. Noel, a Kansas City native, cherished the opportunity to show out in the stadium he grew up watching as a kid, as he finished his day leading the team with 167 yards on eight receptions and two touchdown catches at Arrowhead Stadium Saturday.” – Pavle Markovic of Iowa State Daily

6: Harold Fannin Jr., TE – Bowling Green

Week 11:10 REC137 YDS13.7 YPC2 TD0 ATT0 YDS0 TD
Season:83 REC1,170 YDS14.1 YPC8 TD5 ATT49 YDS1 TD

Best Fits: Bengals, Broncos, Colts, Chargers

By the Beat: “On the next play, Fannin Jr. caught a 10-yard touchdown pass, which was his eighth touchdown of the season. This broke yet another school record: the most touchdowns scored by a tight end in a single season. It also extended his record for most games in a single season with 100 receiving yards by a tight end in school history, with this being his seventh 100-yard game.” – Sam Morris of Falcon Media Sports Network
